My skiing holiday isn't 10 weeks away?

Speak to us about extending or reducing the programme length or something more tailored to you.

I've never been skiing before, will this still work for me?

Of course, the fundamental physical requirements remain the same regardless of your experience level. Ski specific strength and conditioning can benefit all levels from seasoned pro right through to absolute novice

What support do I get?

We are always on hand to answer any questions you have regarding the programme through our in app messaging system. Any help you need, just ask. Further to that we will be in touch throughout the programme to check in and make sure you've got everything you need to succeed.

How many times do I have to go to the gym?

We have recommend twice a week for strength and a further one to two times a week for improving your cardio and stamina. Further to this we have incorporated a daily mobility routine to follow that should get those hips nice and loose ready for the slopes.

What about my food?

In our private Facebook group we discuss all things nutrition and there is daily content coming through there. If you have a question then you can fire it in there and we will resond.
